No, you don’t need an account for a single payment. However, creating one allows you to track your history and manage receipts more easily.

3. Can I pay in advance?

Yes, you can pre-pay for the number of hours you need. If you need to extend your parking session, you can do so online before the time expires.

4. What happens if I stay longer than I paid for?

If your parking time runs out, you will need to extend your session online. Failing to do so may result in fines or additional charges from local authorities.

5. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna). We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

6. Can I get a refund if I leave early?

Unfortunately, unused time is non-refundable once the session has started.

7. Do you charge any extra fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see already includes all applicable taxes and convenience fees.

8. How do I know my parking session is active?

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with the details of your session.
